Find your personal purpose and express yourself! A personal leadership programme, developed and facilitated by Quriouslife. Offered as a personal leadership programme or for groups of people to start working better together as a team. Also offered as a facilitated customised workshop to brainstorm, explore and find consensus on competitive positioning, mission and purpose for a team, brand or organisation. Starting with the Inside, your purpose, your why? Including implementation planning and execution, the Out.

ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE

Consultation, diagnostic reviews, interviews, design, development and change management support with a keen eye for how change will impact the individual at the tail end of the organization. As this person is often in direct touch with the customer, guest and other stakeholders. This work can included a deep dive to understand your ambition challenges, facilitate planning sessions to generate new ideas and map out the groundwork for change in your vision & mission and what this means for your People, Processes and your Product.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Personalised presentation skills coaching program for people in leadership or communication roles to help increase their confidence, credibility and deliver their message with personality and flair. For a conference speech, addressing your associates at a company town hall or presenting yourself via video. Additional support options may include how to deliver your message not using PowerPoint, how to get audience engagement and make people remember you. Additional inspiring leadership courses available.
