Habits are hard to break. Why? Because habits make you, you! Nothing wrong with this. However, if a recurring habit is sitting in the way for you to become more healthy, to be happy with yourself, to grow your career, to better your relationships, to be more of who you really are…it is time to break that habit and replace it with something which gives you what you actually need. Join us in France to make that happen.
Together with Thomas & Véronique, custodians of the nourishing spirit at Domaine Lescure in the beautiful French village of Lapanouse-de-Cernon, I am organising a series of retreats again for people who like to take some personal time out. Whether you come to rewind or relax, Domaine Lescure’s natural world will ground you into the here and now. Retreat guests (maximum 10 per programme) enjoy an all-inclusive programme and are accommodated in private suites with exclusive use of the entire property, including the 19th century orangery and old chapel.
The following dates and programmes are open for bookings now:
7-11 June 2020:
Breathing Space: Reconnect and self-care for a more mindful life.
28 June – 2 July 2020:
Now What: Explore what’s next in life, personally or professionally.
Interested? For yourself, for your team, someone you know..? Just drop me an email. Don’t forget to have a peek at our programme website as well.
One more thing: I am currently developing a new experience purely focused on giving your life that healthy kick-start with elements we always read or hear about but never seem to be able to start or maintain. This includes:
– full delicious plant-based diet,
– detox from your smartphone/all digital screens,
– getting that 8 to 9 hours of sleep we all need,
– move your butt to sweat,
– no alcohol and still have a laugh,
– embrace stillness and
– incorporate a mindful state in all you do daily.
You will leave this 4 day programme with the energy and focus to keep your new momentum alive back home. Let me know if you want to join this challenge!
Just PM me or email: [email protected]
Warm hugs,
Jos
